FOTON Promotion: October-December 2006
1. Name of promotion:
"FOTON - more power for your business"
2. Name, duration, organiser
a) The promotion consisting of bonus products to stimulate the sales for FOTON is available throughout Romania. Any client of FOTON -Sprinter 2000 SA Brasov, legal persons, can qualify for the promotion through their legal representative.
b) The promotion period is between 09-10-2006 - 02-12-2006.
c) The organiser of the promotion is SC Sprinter 2000 SA.
3. The right to participate
a) In the FOTON promotion can participate, under the stipulations of this regulation, any legal person that fully pays invoices with FOTON products during the period of the promotion, cumulating promotion
points. The promotion form must be filled in and sent to Sprinter 2000 SA headquarters. Following is the list of data that must be filled in the promotion forms:
(1) Copy of an identity card of the person in the form
(2) Mandate in original copy from the company
(3) Any other necesary documents for awarding the bonus products, mentioned in the promotion catalogue.
b) 1 RON (VAT included) paid under the conditions of this promotion equals 1 POINT. Decimals will not be considered. Only the amounts for FOTON products and on settled invoices will be considered.
For instance, if an invoice contains other products aside FOTON, the afferent amounts will not be considered for the total points score in the promotion.
c) Only issued and fully paid invoices between 02 Oct 2006 - 02 Dec 2006 will be considered for the promotion.
d) Sprinter 2000 SA employees, the companies that deliver or supply the products cannot participate in this promotion, nor their family or relatives of rank I.

5. The promotion procedure
a) Pay fully any invoice with Foton products issued between 02-10-2006 - 2-12-2006. (Note! Invoices that will be paid only partially or if the money have not entered into Sprinter 2000 SA bank account
will not be considered valid) .
b) The amounts for the Foton products will be transfered into points, following the rule: each 1 RON = 1 POINT
c) The number of points cumulated can be verified by any client at the Sprinter subsidiaries or directly from our salesmen. Also, the promotion points cumulated and the points redeemed (order received and processed) by the client until that moment will be printed on each invoice issued by Sprinter 2000 SA. Any client will be able to approximate their points by verifying the amounts paid to Sprinter 2000 SA, under the regulations of the promotions.
d) Choose the products you are interested in from the promotion catalogue and when you have the necessary points to purchase it fill in the form with all the required information, send it together with the required documents (see point 3.a) to Sprinter 2000 SA headquarters (Calea Feldioarei 60, cod 500483, Brasov) mentioning on the envelope "For the FOTON promotion"
e) ATTENTION! For all clients that enter the promotion, return of the Foton products in the promotion is not allowed, even after the promotion ended.
f) Only envelopes with the latest stamp cancel date on 02-12-2006 inclusive will be considered for the promotion. All envelopes sent after this date will not participate in the promotion.
6. The bonus products
For details see the enclosed promotion catalogue. Further information:
a) Sprinter 2000 SA does not guarantee the products in the promotion in stock at the order date.
b) If a client orders a bonus product that is not in stock at that moment, the delivery period can be
prolonged with a prior notification to the client.
c) If the delay of the delivery date is not accepted by the client or if the ordered product cannot be provided under any circumstance, the client will be notified and will be able to choose other products of equivalent value.
7. Awarding the bonus products
a) Awarding of the bonus products will be made by post or by Sprinter logistics in the order we receive and process the requests, the latest on 31-12-2006.
b) The organiser will award the bonus products to the person mentioned on the form and who can present a valid ID card. Any ulterior objections regarding the property rights of the sent products will not be considered.
c) The winners cannot, under any circumstance, receive the equivalent money for the products and also do not have the right to request modifications in the features of the bonus products.
8. Commitments and Eligibility
a) The organiser has the right to verify that the winner meets all the participation requirements in this regulation. Also, the Organiser has the right to verify by telephone or in situ the authenticity of the information completed in the participation forms as well as the participation right of the respective person. In the case that not all the participation conditions in this Regulation are fulfilled, the bonus products will not be delivered.
b) The Organiser cannot be held responsible for the forms sent after the ending of the promotion, or for the forms completed with errors or incomplete.
c) The Organiser cannot be held responsible or involved in litigations on or related to possession of the completed forms. The sent forms will not be returned to participants; the forms become property of the Organiser.

10. Personal information - privacy policy.
a) By participating in this promotion, the participants agree that the Organiser will collect, register, organise, store, extract, consult, use and transmit further the personal information as completed in the promotion forms - according to the Romanian Law 677/21-11-2001.
b) This data will not be used further by the Organiser for any promotional activities, for informing purposes or for any other matter without the explicit consent of the participant.
c) The participants have the right, in accordance with the mentioned Law to solicit the Organiser to delete their personal data from the database, to update or correct it, together with all other rights from the Romanian Law 677/2001.
d) The Organiser will ensure the confidentiality of the participants' personal data. The Organiser will not disclose under any circumstances this data to third parties without the consent of the participants.
